i never tried because i never got a definite answer. i heard that they could be used in a pinch, for say survival purposes if thats all you had, but over time they would mess up the rifling in the barrel

There are a couple of revolvers that will shoot .45LC and .410.

I have a .410 and wonder if it will handle .45LC

Don't do it. Although the 45lc is not a high pressure round it does have more pressure that a 410. The max saami pressure for a non ruger 45lc is 14,000 psi. Rugers can handle a higher pressure. The max saami pressure for a 410 is 12500-13500 depending if it has a 2.5" bore or 3" bore. It doesn't seem like a lot of difference but I would not recommend it.

im referring to the original question in the original post

I am talking about shooting a .410 in a 45/70.

I have heard you could but have never heard about anyone that has.

Is there any other rounds that you can shoot in a 45/70,I now that if the is they would not feed from the tube.I am talking about loading them one at a time, like shooting .22 short in a 10/22.
