I've been working on this project for quite a while. Remington 700 chambered in .300 Win Mag. Bell and Carlson Tactical Medalist stock. Harris swiveling bipod. Sightron SIII 8-32x56mm.

I like it!!.  Got it's brother in a 26 inch single shot Remington 40X.  Great shooter.  Plenty of "kawhomp" on the target at about any range.  The only complaint is findin a place to shoot that has enough range length.  The only complaint is the brass "growin" pretty quick.  I would make sure that i neck sized the brass to keep the case stretch calmed down.  The 180 grainers and up did the best in our rifle (...sierra matchkings...) usin IMR 4350.
