Technically, not my first handgun since I owned a Sig 229 for 2 days but let's just pretend it is! Straight from Deutschland, the H&K P30. The ergos on this gun are simply the best I felt after handling nearly every newer model gun on the market. The trigger is not as nice as the Sig's but everything else is up to snuff. Hopefully, I can try her out at Guns and Leather this weekend.

That's an awesome gun. I'm jealous, my first pistol was a Ruger P series.

And I can't believe that Tower complemented a polymer gun. Hell hath frozen over.

Though i drink the HK Koolaid like there's no tomorrow... i never liked the P30. The ergonomics are pretty nice as far as the backstrap is concerned... but i never dug the batman grip. Anyways, welocome to the true dark side of HK. Enjoy TGO!
