Hello everyone.  Thanks to the times being what they are, I've gone from "too afraid of guns to think about buying one" to "owner of four guns" in less than a year.  One is a Smtih & Wesson 642, another is a cute Cobra derringer that's also a .38, then there's the S&W Governor and a Remington 870 12-guage.

 

Still haven't fired any of them, but the feel of each is very satisfactory I must say.

 

I hope I can make a contribution here, but being a bit boring I may be more of a pest!

Welcome!..I also have a 642 that I carry as a back up to my primary. It has a pleasant "thump" when fired. Some people think it's a bit much but I find it comforting. It's very accurate for such a short bbl pistol as well.

Have you had a chance to fire them yet?  I can help with ammo if that's a problem.
