That and the president during WWI were the ones that got me.

19 out of 20.

Tricked me with the wording of the First Amendment question.

18 out of 20.

Changed my mind on the year of the constitution for some reason and WWI, otherwise would have been 100%.

18 for 20 also. I missed nos. 1 and 7. I thought 1 was John Hancock but I guess he's more known for the signature, not for writing it.

You answered 100% of questions correctly. :)

18 of 20 here as well: Susan B Anthony and WWI president got me.

Sadly, I suspect our scores are far higher than a vast majority of American citizens. I'm not surprised - those of us who are passionate about our right typically know from whence they came...

I know that my wife would not pass this test. If she took it today she would get less than half right. She's not from this country and has been here just a few years. But she's years away from being able to get citzenship (she has a work permit and will get residency soon). Funnily enough, we drove to Arkansas this weekend. On the way over I was explaining to her the early history of this country. The Pilgrims, the Colonies, oppressive British rule, the Revolution (I spent 20 minutes on just Paul Revere and the Boston Tea Party), and all the way up to the Louisiana Purchase. I even got into last week's Supreme Court ruling, and explained to her how the principles of the 2nd Amendment go all the way back to the Revolution, and how without gun ownership the colonists would not have defeated the British. I love history and government, and I'm going to have a lot of fun explaining more of this stuff to her.

I passed it, but still missed a few. Somewhat embarssaing since I was a History Major for awhile in college!

Amendments, I said 17, Susan B. Anthony and years for the senator. I just answered 4, that might be wishful thinking!

I missed one and that was because I misread the question. I missed the second one about what year the Constitution was written.

18 out of 20. Missed the number of members in house of representatives and the one about the original states (Maine not being one). Seeing as I'll probably be taking this test in a couple of years, it's good to know I'll pass.
