Glad you guys had big fun. As it turns out my wife changed her mind about our trip this weekend....go figure. Maybe next time I will pay more attention and know things before the last minute.

Mikey, it was worth the effort just to get there and see it. 'Bout as purty a little isolated valley as there is, like a scaled down Cades Cove.

 

Spots' family has been there since before the War of Northern Aggression, and quite obvious they've been excellent caretakers.

That thing was a monster. Not something I'd want to shoot all day, but an amazing piece of hardware. Along with all the other sweet stuff you brough out. And oh shoot is right, at one time my dads family owned that whole flat. From where the road turned in to past where we were shooting. Its been widdled down over the years, but we keep it up as best as possible to have something good cor the next generation
