Multiple People Shot at Houston College

I'm not one to wear a tin foil hat, but come onnnn. This is getting ridiculous.

What we need is some damning proof that implicates the government.  Right now there is none that anyone has been able to find.  Conveniently the Connecticut State Police just yesterday released their final determination of what guns were used in the Sandy Hook school shooting.  You can see the report here.

For some reason it took them four weeks to nail down the details on what guns were used.  Four weeks.  Ray Charles, rest his soul, could have come to a conclusion faster than that.

I'm with you guys to an extent.  Something smells.  I'm not stealing my wife's Reynolds Wrap just yet but I know where she keeps it.

Hmm... still looking for the USED clarification. The report says what guns were FOUND, but gives no definitive USAGE answer... at least, not that I can see.

I've read elsewhere that he used the AR and the 10mm Glock on everyone else, and suck-started the SIG 9mm when he was done.  Not sure how accurate that is though.

I see that to my knowledge they have never clarified, or at least reiterated in a blanket release, exactly who was killed with what, either.

Supposedly, the Mom was killed with a Marlin .22 (forget which model but it wasn't a 60 or 795 best I remember), "all the folks in the school shot with the Bushie, and the Sig on himself? But I've only gotten that in bits and pieces.

Also, have never seen actual good pic of the Bushie?

Since she supposedly bought all the guns since 2010, and they were all CT legal, the Bushie can't have been factory standard, as couldn't have had all four of the "bad" things on it. Since it had detachable mag, then it couldn't have also had collapsible stock, pistol grip, and muzzle device and be legal there.

Like David, my head is uncovered at the moment, but seems the actual weapons would be the easiest information to disseminate comprehensively of all the facts in the event.

edit: did David delete his post or am I really getting on up there?

edit edit: no, I'm okay, I forgot I got a snippet of a quote. :)

Well, we still haven't actually read the bill, only her pre-synopsis of it, so you may have yet still underestimated the extent of the madness.

I'm not sure if it has just been a long day, but I read that report and it confused the hell out of me. It read like they found the canta shotgun, but then determined there is no such thing as a Russian canta...but there is a Saiga 12g. I agree that it doesn't really say what he used. Seems like it should be a relatively easy set of facts to get straight. Edited by Independent_shooter

All the press has to do is 24/7 glorify the nutcases, and copy-cat nutcases will come out of the woodwork to self-fulfill the prophesy. With the press functioning as the voluntary Ministry of Truth for the government, we don't necessarily need to invoke secret service brainwashing squads to program random nutcases into action.

Look at all the copy-cat losers that came out of the woodwork after columbine. The copy-cats weren't imaginative enough to think up mass-murder until the press made it the popular hobby for maladaptive losers.

this was not some random act mass shooting... it stemmed from an argument between 2 people one a student and one was not... just because all of the hype with Sandy Hook they needed to report this on national news... hell last year or year before a guy was shot at MTSU in about the same situation...college now days are covered in drug deals and shady activity, didn't a shooting just occur over by TSU campus the other day... yea the media is eating this up like butter on biscuits…

Yep, this one might have just been minor gang-banging except at a college rather than a ghetto. I'm frequently wrong, but Sandy Hook will reverberate in society to supply years of copy cats, just like columbine. The press' 24/7 coverage might as well be a macabre star-search saturation advertising campaign. "If you are a disgruntled anonymous loser, all you have to do is rack up a stupid-silly brutal body count and we will make you more famous than movie stars or rock idols."

Am not wishing for it, but if some nutcase is ever creative enough to mimic previous famous mad bombers rather than mad shooters-- The avalanche of fame-craving copycat bombers will turn legislative attention to crashing the entire constitution in order to ban bombs rather than guns.

I also find it funny they don't care what type gun was used... and are not carrying on about it... was probably a revolver that only held 5 rounds, they really don't want to report on a gun that is totally legal in NY or anything, right?

The press covered this as if it was an "active shooter" situation, which it was not.  Just a couple of thugs who happened to be on campus.  This stuff happens by the minute in Memphis, just not on some campus.

The press is dying to make these things front page news.  Just read the headline folks...don't bother with the story.  We buried the truth about 10 paragraphs down anyway.

It seems that it's really no more of a national news story than some street shooting in Chicago or Memphis, but since it happened at a college the media is going to play it up.

This.

Was in Houston yesterday, talked with a very friendly, bright young Officer at my hotel, (former Marine) he said it was thugs playing and one civilian got hurt in the crossfire. Says it is a daily occurrence in Houstink, just happened to take place at a school, "this time" as he put it.

Bet if we could get the real reports out of Chicago, there are numerous shootings there every day, MSM just is not telling us about them at the top of every hour as they have all those "gun control" laws up there...
