Ok, really stupid question...

I know the manufacture of full auto guns has been banned since 1986 but I see tons of video of guns being shot on youtube that are, most certainly, full auto. What's the deal? are all of these built on pre 1986 frames or lowers? Are the guns they make at Red Jacket still legal? Some one clear this up for me.

Most you see are likely pre 86 manufacture. A class 3 dealer may have post 86 manufacture "dealer samples" but you must sell or surrender them if you give up your license.

Manufacture of machine guns was never banned.  The only banning was the civilian ownership of machine guns manufactured after May 1986.

Ive wondered this too, especially when I see you know who tube vids of things like GSG 22's in full auto.  Seems like they are fairly new to me.  And at the rate I have to clean my semi auto GSG, I dont think FA would be reliable or much fun with it anyway.
