i don't use these guys ... but if i did, i would cancel, and make sure i was very clear in telling them why ...

i understand the rationale behind the "guns pointing at people" reason, but banning commercials with semiautomatics?
i sure hope they're not running any major hollywood release ads ...

I'd boycott all subscription media services ... except that I simply must have it. :)

Nah, you can live without cable and sat TV, I'm living proof. We cut the cable in 2000 and its amazing how much more time we realized we had. Of course we can't take part in conversations about Jersey Shore, American Idol, etc. but I don't think I care. In fact, now that I think about it I've saved serious gun money since 2000. May be time to start shopping again!

Of course we are still paying for Internet service.

That's why I edited post to read "subscription media services" rather than TV.

That's a good start. We've given up on over the air entirely (no rabbit ears). I know this is not for everyone, but I must say I don't miss it.

I'm a movie freak and would really crimp my style  to have to depend on DVD/download options.

I'm with you on this. Red Box has become a very good friend. Makes for a cheap date, which is good cause I've been called cheap a few times.

Cut DirecTV day after 'election' debacle. I refused to pay for propaganda. Will stay cut until they provide the option of subscribing only to the channels I watch. Ain't gonna happen.

My wife was not happy, until she discovered YouTube...

Quit paying for cable in 2009, if it's not available commercial free on netflix, itunes, or usenet i don't have any interest in seeing it.
