I don't remember it because I was only 2, but I believe the blizzard of March 1993 it thundered as it was snowing. Anyone remember?

I am pretty sure I remember that phenomenon in the 93 blizzard.

Yep, 1993, march 13. My birthday, and I wished for snow but thole deep to a giraffe. I almost got what I asked for. I've never wished for anything like that ever again.

And yes. It was thundering and snowing at the same time.

Yes, in 93 it was thundering, lightning and snowing here in Clarksville!

No thunder by the time it got to JC. I heard up towards the Virginia Ky border they ha some up there, they also have 10+ inches of snow

It's pretty bad out here. Heard that 26 has a lot of problems. I work in Abingdon and it is pretty bad out there. Be safe.

I too live in Mt Carmel. I was filling up the truck and generator when i saw a flash and heard thunder. Never knew that was possible til today.
