Damn these people. I've had it with their sanctimony and their general nitwittery.

That is one of the most inane and insulting things that anyone has come up with during this whole "debate".

I hope it goes down in flames.

I doubt that will pass in MO. I read that some Reps in MO. were considering legislation like being proposed here and WY. and TX., threatening to arrest feds if they violate a persons constitutional rights. MO. has a history of being pretty much divided between red and blue, or blue and grey back in 1860.

I do totally understand your anger, i'm getting more and more pi$$ed every day, it's going to be hard to hold my civility very much longer trying not to offend the fence sitters. It will probably get to a point where I and many will have had enough of being Mr. Nice guy and get real nasty with these sanctimonious, self-rightous little Bolsheviks.

$100 fine for not reporting?  Meh.  The bigger questions are: Who controls the list at the school?  How is it stored? Who has access to it?  Who doesn't?

I agree with the rest of the proposed bill.

OK, I hate all of it, but no one tells me how to store my belongings.   No one.  If they come into my house to check, they will find out exactly how my guns are stored, for sure.  Its a line in the sand.   Registration of the guns is also illegal, and a big deal, but you bet they do not come into the house to look, period.  And if they ask the kid questions, there will be hell to pay on that note too.

If the school wants to DO something, they can bring in the eddie eagle program and teach kids how to act.

I don't get it....what will the benefit to the school administration be for having this list? Will they be "watching" little Johnny closer because his parents have "guns" at home? Will these children be treated differently? Maybe they won't be allowed to have lunch with the rest of the kids? Like I said, I don't get it.

If it was one of my kids and they knocked on my door, someone would get hurt, not my kids, though. I wouldn't be happy

about a teacher and anyone who encouraged or allowed the questions. If they're part of it, they're part of the crime.

If I lived in MO, and it passed, no note would get sent from me if I had a gun.

Seems like it would make a disturbed person more likely to focus their anger on the particular school that caused them to be fined or arrested.

Back OCS we had name for a inane Candidate, and that was "Oxygen Thief". It was someone who occupied space, has mass and takes up your time but produced no visible benefit.

Sounds like it fits in this case.

They don't need that information to unfairly target law abiding citizens.

WHY can't politicians understand that criminals don't follow their laws?

But watch them past it.
