What's a fair price to pay for a M48 Mauser, Yugo, in good condition?  No bayonet or sling.  I found a local guy selling one, but really have no idea what is fair for them.  Thanks,

Joe

if matching with a good bore IMO I would pay 300- 350

I'd go along with that.  It'd have to be near perfect, number matching, etc. to hit $350, IMO.

I paid $250 for mine a while back.  Numbers match except the bolt, the wood could use a little TLC but no cracks, with sling, no bayonet, and 250 rds of corrosive milsurp.

I found a M48 at a local pawn shop for about $150 though the bolt # doesn't match the receiver and the floor plate was buffed it was worth swapping my Turkish Mauser for it and some boot...Bajabuc and I saw it waiting for a new owner a few days ago..Good Luck finding one @ a reasonable $ ..If you can wait  until later in the month some prices soften (depends on circumstances)..Best Wishes, bucnball

All matching in nice shape should be 250-300. Going up though, last year 200-250 would have gotten same thing. 24/47's have also gone up about $50 over the past year.
