Loopholes????

I've always wondered if they could make the argument that the "main entrance" was posted therefore any auxiliary entrances (anchor stores) wouldn't have to be posted.

discuss.

The law says "the notice shall be posted at all entrances to the premises that are primarily used by persons entering the property"

I'm sure the law nerds are on their way with their quoting of law, but I believe that it states that ALL entrances must be properly posted.

Wouldn't call them 'loopholes' so much as they are really just oversight on the part of the business which is not fully complicit with posting requirements. There's no way around it if the business is posted properly.
