I am hearing the same.  The gun rally/protest is to be at noon.  Some people are concerned that a permit will need to be obtained.  I cannot find anything that says that one is needed as long as it does not spill into the street or onto private property.

I just compared gun owners to a bunch of dirty hippies and didn't even realize it.
