Tn will not help in enforcing federal law

I have a link from a WSMV.com channel 4 titled Tn lawmakers wary of any new federal gun laws .

Looks like Nicely has a plan that if new laws are passed Tn is not going to help enforce them .

I'm glad Senator Frank Niceley realizes what these gun grabbers are up to.

We need to support him to protect Tennessee from this unconstitutional grab of 

power from Washington. We will not register, turn in or surrender our guns to a tyrannical 

administration.

Again, please read the bill and contact your reps.  It says we won't use TN Budget to do it, but it says they can use our resources as long as they pay for it.  Still not good enough for me.  I have asked my reps to oppose that "only if they pay for it" clause.
