I've been to western Wyoming, Yellowstone, Tetons and back down to Utah. Since then I knew if I were to live anywhere else, other than the south that's where I would want to live. Beautiful country and very nice patriotic people. Edited January 11, 2013 by K191145

Sure it could! The 10th Amendment should be good for something. :D That's what it is in there for. Of course it requires people with

spines and resolve. Kinda hard to find them when you need them, though.

If anything,if a bill like this were to pass and become law in Wyoming it's an "in your face" resistance to total federal control of the states.
