The FBI has wider authority to obtain warrants,and charges remained in federal court."

This is the product of the patriot act and ndaa. The FBI now have the authority to write a search warrant on a napkin and call it legal. Since when can the feds overstep the state like this because they have "wider" authority? The fourth amendment is the fourth amendment.
