Glock Return Spring Assembly

Ok, I'm usually on the "where have you been" side of things like this, but this is the first I've heard of it... and maybe there's someone else out there that hasn't heard of this either.

I called them today about my G17 and they're sending out another spring assembly within the week. I also asked about my new G26 spring which isn't included in this voluntary recall... but is not allowing the slide to go 100% forward without a little help (only sometime) and they're replacing it free of charge too. They didn't even ask for the serial number of that one... just told me that they'd include one in the box with the other. Thanks Glock!

I'm glad to see there are companies out there that still offer customer service. I usually spread the word when I find them...

I got my new spring in for my G19 Monday. Took about a week to get after calling. Can't tell any visible difference or feel racking the slide. Have not shot it yet but I did not have any problem with the original RSA.
