Biden: Executive orders, action can be taken on guns

He's been working on a gun ban since the 80's, and now he has his best opportunity yet.  As soon as he was appointed as the head of this fiasco, I knew it was going to be bad

Biden shouldn't be underestimated.....
Dislike him all you want, but don't discount him because of it.

And he might be the president in 2016. Depending on Hildebeeste.

But what about, 'until' it's found to be unconstitutional? And, 'supposed' to be?

It is not a constitutional act with any authority from Congress who has that sole authority, including requiring background checks

and anything else that mandates anything. I keep on using FDR with his gold ban, and it is an example of an overstepping of

authority, even though it lasted for years. The US Constitution doesn't even recognize the term Executive Order, that I know of.

I just looked. Article II doesn't provide for anything like what it has been used. Article I spells out Congress' authority explicitly.

 

That makes me think all the EO's on record by every president is unconstitutional and should be nullified or something to make

them unusable. We're essentially being "ruled" by several of them. The most offensive of the presidents were the last two.

 

Makes one wonder.

I believe that, by making all these preposterous threats to ban this and that, they're trying to flush out the nutjobs like James Yeager so they can point to them and say "See? These people are whacked!! We have to get their weapons away from them!!".

 

They know that what they say they're going to do will never stand scrutiny.
