Truth is something that is either twisted or nonexistent with the anti gun people. Maybe if we did a little of the kind of politics like they do, they'd stop this BS.

The NRA used to be an organization that was respected and listened to by public figures. Now they make deals and bow down to these people. It's time that we stand up on our hind legs and let these people know that what they are doing is not exceptable.

You have to be loud as Hell when arguing with liberals. That's where they are always loud and have a good measure of success.

One liberal spewing on a forum can sound like ten or fifteen. It's their nature. They love to spew lies.

I agree completely. If they can't win with facts they will win with volume. They are rude and interrupt any time they can. I saw that happening in the presidential debates. Republicans try to be polite and wait their turn. Democrats twist the truth, interrupt and call their opponent a liar every chance they get. It's time that the Republicans quit being so polite, stand up on their hind legs,  and win a race once in a while.

I saw a lib actually cover his ears on Hannity the other night because he didn't want to hear what was being said.

The NRA needs to stand firm as well and and not compromise , before it can earn the respect of many gun owners again , including me . They lost me about 20 years ago .  I swore I would never join again and even with all this going on I can't bring myself to join again .  I have been to the website a half a dozen times but I just can't do it.  They let us down before , and I just can't feel good about supporting them. There is a reason that so few of the gun community are members .

" Shall not be infringed" does not sould like "compromise" to me . I see Gun Owners Of America is there .

I wouldn't say "so few", matter of fact I'd say that's not even CLOSE to being correct. Every gun owner I know of personally is a member or has signed up now. The NRA is not perfect, but I will support any group fighting for our gun rights. NRA, GOA, etc. Their stance this time around has given me hope they will draw a much stricter line now.

By few , I am refering to the last numbers I heard ,  4 million members of the 100 million gun owners . Roughly 4 % was the number I read .  To me that would be  "few". I would say I know more that are not members than that are members .  I am not trying to be dissagreable but just repeating what I had read . I believe also around 8,000 new members a day after the last shooting.

I saw that interview. He is a typical uninformed mouth piece for the radical left.

Facts and common sense do not come into play. They don't want to hear anyone's

view if it is not the same as theirs. We need to become louder and shut these idiots down.
