does anyone got a good source on 40mm hollowpoints

I really hate multiposting and I'm sure I'm breaking some spam rule, and I apologize in advance, but editing this into the last two posts just doesn't make sense.

 

If you are reading this, and you can machine me 40mm solid slugs/HPs out of aluminum, I will give you money. We can work out the details in PM.

I might need it to be able to able to have a teflon ring slid over the midsection, so it would also be machined just a little bit narrower- maybe 39.8. That's a WAG.
