Quote Errors

Seems every now and then the Quote function seems to mess up. I quoted a post in the Tapatalk discussion for example. I was using the mobile skin, so I don't know if that is the issue.

I get the same problem when quoting on the mobile site. Have noticed several people that do.

I've just applied a patch from IPB that should fix this.  We'll have to see if it really does.

I have found that toggling the “BBCode Mode” back and forth when editing shows the “Quote” tags and helps you see what you are going to get.

Sometimes I have to do that to get out of the quote field at all, if I've edited the quote itself.

If you hit enter a few times while editing inside the quote box, it will push you outside the quote box and automatically re-format the quote around it.  It's actually a pretty cool feature.

That's cool, thanks, since it just adds a space first time or two depending, I never thought to keep hitting it.
