Prob a anti-gun person that created a bum account and wanted to mess up the sale ? I looked at the bids , actually 4 diff bidders have gone above $2000.00 ! Maybe they are not worried about their rating if it is not a legitimate item to sell according to EBay ? ( I thought EBay said no to the hi cap mags) Edited by Threeeighty

Hold on I'm just trying to finish up getting my pmags listed with a buy now of $1000 each.

I'll be right back with a link for everyone needing a good deal. :ugh:

Oh no doubt, but I'm far from being morally corrupt enough to purposely put something up for sale to screw over another gun community member.

I think, if you're listing ten plastic magazines with a total combined value of less than $200 for over $20K, there's no subterfuge going on. It's evident. Obvious. As such, I don't feel ones moral compass need feel misguided.

The dealers and vendors who are doubling or tripling prices are the real scumbags here. Private individuals, not so much. A fool and his money are soon parted. Would I be so evil to help expedite the process? I dunno. I won't know either because I have what need, I don't need any more. And as of late, I don't even want any more. Ive lost my taste for semi auto rifles anyway. Not to say I don't stand full face against ANY legislation against them, I certainly do.

I was talking to a close friend the other day about this price gouging. We agree that for people with OUR tastes, it's been good actually. The demand for semi autos has driven DOWN the cost of many other types of guns. Deals are out there for bolt action, lever actions and single shot rifles. Especially in obscure calibers. People are hocking off stuff at bargain prices to fund their desire for black rifles and necessary accoutrements.

Some of us have yet to feel the pinch.

I wouldn't feel bad about a auction.

I also see some good deals on other things right now and lots of different things coming up for sale in the gun world

It seems to have stirred up the pot a little.

Well I do agree with you Caster on the other non-black rifles, since I'm currently in the market for something new. :)
Shhhh! Don't tell everybody. Handi rifles and mil surp bolt actions in odd calibers are going for a song!

I picked up a slightly bubba'd (currently under restoration) Finnish M91 Mosin for $85. Edited by Caster

Darn my Ebay auction was cancelled.

Seriously it was probably a anti gun person drive up all the bids and then report the auctions to get them cancelled.  The letter from Ebay on a cancelled auction like that states if you haven't paid, you don't have too.

I know I got one of those letters last week after I ordered some Pmags before the price exploded horrible. I had already paid and I got the Pmags.  Ebay cancelled 2 days after in my case when everything was said and done.

Then I would have enough cash to buy one that didn't need mags just links - lots of links!! Edited by Slpeod
