Men get put in the dog house all the time, well for the last week ive secretly had my wife in the dog house, ive done turned her down 4 times now. :)   But women seem to not like it so much, if a man is in the dog house we deal with and move on until they forgive us.   but my wife gets really mad and she keeps mentioning divorce  and stuff.

i asked her why do women think its funny when they do it to us ,but women go to the extreme when their man turns them down?

have you guys ever put your old ladies in the dog house?   im gonna see how far i can take this before she explodes.lol

Why don't you just fire up three chainsaws to juggle?

I dunno..

In our house we prefer to talk about things and work them out and not withhold anything.. seems childish to me..

I never witheld anything from my husband, I grew out of playing games when I was 18..

TRAP!

we do talk things out, neither of us are mad at each other, im just chosing not to do a certain thing and she cant handle it.

they act like you should always want them and they control when.

Whatever it is, at some point, you will do it. You yourself are in a position to decide if you wish to minimize or maximize your pain before you do it.

In a game such as this, you are woefully under-equipped genetically, and by virtue of your gender, to win. It is as if you are a Mouse who has decided to challenge the Cat about when the Cat will eat him.

Clearly you know very little about marriage and women in general.  Which isn't to say that I understand women, I'm reminded daily that I don't.  However, I do know you're adolescent power play won't end well.

i know , i dont get why they get so upset at something they do to us all the time.  women shouldnt dish out games they cant handle.

So two wrongs make a right???  Seems a little childish to me.

But something has to been done about women abusing their powers. Men need to flip the script sometimes.

LOL good one hed be better off ...

just remember, when you get served w papers, she made her mind up 6 mos prior to u getting served, that she would toss the towel in. She will have cleaned out the bank and more. Your post bragging about cutting her off, will turn into her irrefutable claim of verbal and mental cruelty, in her divorce complaint, that she'll file first...........If I were you I'd kiss and make up before this whole thread becomes an exhibit and evidence in her divorce suit....After all she will snatch the computer while your busy telling us  about the doghouse <efg>   :ugh:

On a side note, i think the only males that were ever quasi successful in changing the rules of engagement with women were the taliban. They used sticks rocks and guns.Over and over and over, I'd seriously reconsider your options....

In nearly 47 years of marriage to her I've only gotten near the doghouse door a couple of times.  Calling her "my old lady" would have put me in it.   There is no issue that you can't talk about if you want to make it last.

Sounds like you are with the wrong woman.  This does not seem to be a problem for people in a healthy marriage.

Hint: You're fighting a losing battle.

I would pity folks for these circumstances if I cared enough. So glad me and the wife have never had anything but complete agreement in this area.

Another thought. If the physical aspect of ones relationship is so powerful that it can save or destroy the ties that bind the two together, I question the validity of that relationship to begin with.
You could remove, permanently, any form of physical love from my marriage and it would prosper just as well and have NO influence on fidelity whatsoever. Reason being, my wife is worth more to me than the sum of her......parts. A good woman is not a life support for a vagina. Edited by Caster

If yalls girl put you guys in the dog house for a month would you leave her?

I dont think so, but women start talking about leaving after 1 week.

Sounds like women have some issues with their self and egos.

If your "woman" wants to leave or uses leaving as a threat, yall need to let them. Unless her mate is a lowlife, lazy unemployed, cheatin' man-whore; no lady worth having would use that as leverage. A woman that would is no lady and not worthy of trust.....and if there's no trust in your mate, you are exponentially better off without them.
