Silverado is a good one, started my desire for a Henry rifle. Most of my other favorites have been mentioned, except Punisher: War Zone. I love how the opening credits are shown over him handloading the .500 S&W.

Thought of another one that I just watched a couple of days ago, one of my all time favorites, and probably the biggest guns metioned so far:

Enemy at the Gates

...... I'll share this one:

It's on Netflix.  "Triple Tap".    It's actually one movie that got me interested into 1911s and now curious about shooting sports.  The first part is actually really good until they tried to make it 'Hollywood' but in the end, it's still a fun movie.    I found interesting the showing of gun laws in Hong Kong as well.

This actually wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.  Of course now I want to build a 1911 race gun!

Collateral is my fav. Michael Mann is usually good with exciting shooters - try Heat, too.

Tears of the Sun and Blackhawk Down. The Replacement Killers is also very good.

Any Clint Eastwood movie is a good bet with "In The Line Of Fire" being a cool one having the composite gun.

Arnold's "Eraser" also had a cool weapon.

The Outlaw Jose Wales with Clint Eastwood!  One of the best westerns ever and the firearms used in the movie were awesome!!!  Cross Fire Trail with Tom Selleck (I really like most of his westerns) was another western where the firearms used were pretty dang awesome!!!  Another good western was The Long Riders with the Caradine brothers from back in the 70's.  Lots of great firearms in it too!   Others I like have been mentioned here already, like Enemy at the Gates, Red Dawn, Full Metal Jacket, and Kelly's HeroesMagnum PI was the show that made me fall in love with 1911a1s!!!

The aptly named Shoot 'Em Up

I saw this one but was ashamed to recommend it.  :puke: About the worst movie ever. Only thing that saves it is the scenes with Monica in them and they're too few.

Hope you enjoyed it, I'd rather have the time back.

Loved the gun play, though, theme of thread.  So much of it, they could have cut the rest of the flick and still had a half hour feature.

Good gun shooting movie currently playing at the movies "Jack Reacher" starring Tom Cruise. Some cool guns and shooting scenes in this flick.

Since we are going with cheesy pleasures...

Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man.

I have watched it a thousand times. Mickey Rourke uses that Ruger .454 Casull at the end, and is counting the rounds as he loads it "Two bucks, four bucks..."

The rifle in the opening of Lone Wolf Mcquade and how about the scene in Pedator when they cut down the forest with the big guns? Who wouldn't want to do that?

Carbine Williams was petty good to. Edited by jwinter
