White house petition website?

I've noticed something over the past few days - since this is the new craze used to promote the creation of star wars "death stars", to "Place the DC “Taxation Without Representation” License Plate on the Presidential Limousine." has become a bit more popular and definitely entertaining I check it on a daily basis.

What is starting to occur is when you list the "all petitions" and they are usually by date created, it appears that some of the anti-gun, pro-restriction, 2a limiting etc... petitions are strangely popping up at the top of the list again, even if they were created weeks and weeks ago. The Pro 2a petitions seem to just keep dropping down the list and are never brought back up to the top so they no longer show according to the date when they are created.

Has anyone else noticed this?

The White House Petition website is just nonsense created to placate the people. To give them false empowerment. Obama probably never sees 99% of the petitions on there even if they do go over the magic number, and the ones he does see are probably cherry picked by some staffer.

I really wouldn't put much stock into anything that happens on that site.
