Took the class on the 6th of April, applied on the 9th, finger printed on the 10th. So from the 9th to today 10 weeks.

What about the time period from date of issue and today?

I've found the department of safety takes forever to actually mail anything out.

I swear they probably have some blood deal with USPS when they send out in bulk.

The state obviously does things bass ackwards. My dad took the class with me on the same day, and filed probably a week or two later than I did. Well, he got his 2 weeks ago. So I called Weds last week and they told me they could issue me one right out and it would be 7-10 days. I don't know their reasoning but I would assume had I not called I would still be waiting out the whole 90 days.
