Well, someone start a petition that he should be charged to the maximun extend of the law to make an example of his. 

 

We do not need new laws, enforcement of extensing laws would be enough.

 

Plus as a Anti Gun Media person he should be happy to see the law enforced on a criminal.

I don't disagree but I think it comes down to how much stink people make over it.   If enough noise is made it forces them to do something about it...if you don't believe me ask George Zimmerman.

Looks to me like Gregory and NBC unwittingly proved that gun control does not work. After all, if you can obtain a firearm or firearm accessory that is banned, doesn't that kinda knock the props out from under your argument?
