knoxville gun show

I wonder... At the larger ham radio shows, sometime the vendors are set with two crews, both inside and outside (usually trailer & awning). Outside and inside spaces are rented.

Does that happen at any gun shows ?

Never been to one after christmas shows.  Im afraid prices are going to be even crazier then they usually are.  I'd like to find a P64, but doubt i will be able too.

I'll be there on Saturday morning to see David. I'd say everyone else's prices will be comical. I will browse for the entertainment.

It's going to be a mad house.

I would drive up from Nashville just to see the show, but I have better things to do with my time and money.

Any way someone can post a few pics of the crowed, outside before thew doors open?

I'm debating on whether to make the long trip or not. With all the panic, I wonder if there will be many deals or mostly just hiked prices. I'd like to move one of my full size pistols to fund the purchase of a good compact CC pistol, but these 160+ mile round trips to the gun show don't make it easy. I may have to hybernate until spring on this one.

I expect mostly to see ridiculous pricing, except for a few conscientious vendors like David. Of course, even he'll have to bump at some point to cover his suppliers' increases.

I generally avoid the Jacobs Bldg. shows anymore, but think I might go just to witness the historical nature of this one.

Probably a good time to sell your ARs/AKs and hi-cap mags though.

As much as I enjoy a good spectacle the Jacobs building is no place for it.  It's way too confining for all the people that are likely to show up.
