Error Logging Off

I am getting the following error in IE 9 logging off:

Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.


Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Also everything is acting a little squirrelly. No emoticons, text only editor it seems, in threads the first few replys are centered, then some are justified to the left, the rest are full screen.

I figured out the squirrelliness (Compatibility mode was on) but still getting log off error.
