No. Pay your tax. Get your permit. You'll thank us later.

Or contact your state reps critters and tell them having to jump through hoops and pay taxes to exercise your constitutional rights is asinine and you would like them to make TN a constitutional carry state.

Are there any loopholes that would allow people to open carry without permit and/or car carry without permit in the state of Tennessee.

Yes. Actually there is a loophole. It has been around for 214 years kin the 2nd amendment. Congress utilizes websters 1828 dictionary to interpret verbage from the constitution. The "keep and bear" part of the second amendment by definition exclusively includes carrying about a firearm under ones coat......hence concealed. The def. of " bear #3 1828: 3. To wear; to bear as a mark of authority or distinction; as, to bear a sword, a badge, a name; to bear arms in a coat. So every state bureaucrat requiring you to obtain a permit is violating you 2nd amendment rights. When we " beg" by requesting a "permit" we acknowledge from a legal standpoint that to " bear" is no longer a right but a "privelege". If you should be denied for any reason the courts will not recognize your right to " bear" because you abdicated it when you begged for permission. Very sad. Just FYI.
