9 PM EST Slowdown?

Response time since the server switch has been great all along until the last week or so.

 

Right around 9pm EST, like a switch cuts in, periodic 10-30 sec delays on links or refresh. Sometimes will be snappy just off and on, but mostly lagging. Gets better by 10:30 or 11, best I've noticed,  but still not as snappy as before 9.

 

No other changes here, only site I've noticed that's lagging. Just overall server load including all shared sites during prime time? Could it just be one site where traffic has gone wild or something? Webhoster backup?

 

Or is it only me somehow?

Noticed it Saturday night.  Thought it may be my internet, then ran a speedtest and all was fine and dandy.

 

Very slow, and almost never times out.  Tends to get better for me about midnight.  After 8-9pm, I rarely get on because of the slowness.

Not bad right now, seems to have "recovered" quicker than last few nights if it stays same as now.

Is it just a random thing against all websites, or is it some sort of concerted attack because of the current gun issue climate? . . . Unless you don't want to say . . .
