Hey, that sounds good. I may have to change my luncheon plans. I was going to have hot dogs stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon, but this is tempting my palate. I'll have to do some calculations to see which will increase my cholesterol count and blood pressure more.

A side story about Texas steaks. I have a friend who is stocky but really short. Maybe 5'2" or so. He went on vacation with his (first) wife and whey ended up somewhere in Texas at a hole in the wall restaurant. He ordered a steak, thinking it would be 10 ounces or so. They brought out the steak and it was hanging over the sides of the plate. So he asked the waitress if they had any A1 sauce for it. She looked at him and said in a deep Texas drawl, "Little feller', if we had steak sauce it would be on the table."

When I lived in Boca there was a little restaurant near the golf course that had bacon-cheddar-dogs. They were sooooo goood. I liked them with a little mayonaise and relish. Dang I am getting hungry for something that could cause a heart attack.
