Very nice! The grips on that beauty are sweet! It resembles the previous model Sig 245 DA/SA which is known to be very accurate. Should be a nice slim carry piece.

Very nice Sonny; love the rosewood grips. I currently own 3 DA/SA Sigs in 9mm and primarily carry the P239 and occasionally the P225. I have decided I need a .45 and have been looking at the P220 Carry SAS. But I can't decide between a DA/SA or an SAO trigger. I am so used to the DA/SA trigger and am hesitant to switch. Any input from the board on this? I'm looking forward to your range report.

I have a full size 220 that is SAO. It is one of the best triggers I have ever pulled. I don't know the weight of it, but it is smooth and crisp. The safety is positive and moves easily between positions, yet not so much that you could accidently bump it. I highly recommend it this trigger for the 220. By the way, the gun featured in this post is absolutely beautiful! Great buy... Congrats!

The only version of Sig I haven't owned is a SAO. Would love to have a SAO 226, but I don't see an X5 anywhere in my future.

for a 45 it had low recoil,a pretty smooth trigger and it actually had the nerve

to hit the target where I pointed it........100 rounds down the pipe and all went BANG
