Ramsey speaking on Parking Lot Bill again

Recommended Posts

You, I and a few others around here have been saying that, but there are even a few around here who don't

understand that principle, Mac. Personal property is property, also. Might have to scream it a bit louder. :D

I'd say a new AWB ban is a lot more likely than the parking lot thing passing, at least in any actual much helpful final version.

Will be far worse than that, it will be a full ban of semi-auto anythings, high powered rifles, pistols and shotguns.  With their passing will go any semblance of Liberty...

I'm only convinced that the only thing for sure that's gonna happen is the end of private sales, but I've been saying that long before CT.

Makes sense, because none of the mass killers of late got their guns through private sales. That's how it works up thar in DC.

I pray they don't go anywhere near that far. Very, very bad things will happen.

Now how are they going to end private sales without using that time tested crap known as the Commerce Clause

and without it making it to SCOTUS? Only way is if some members of the court are replaced soon.

Telling me I can't sell a gun to Johnny without some overt form of registration won't pass the House, unless, with

my car troubles today, I missed some blurb on the news that the Republicans officially became Democrats.

I'll bet the only thing the "one" can do anything with is the mag size limit, and I highly doubt that. That one will

probably be possible only with the EO, and that won't pass muster. If the House passes any of that garbage,

the end is near.

Guns are simply "different". And health insurance. And ....

My guess is that either Kennedy or Scalia, or both,  won't stick through this admin, I'm amazed Ginsberg is even still vertical, and though a liberal, her successor will make all three of the progressive women on there look like John Birchers by comparison.

Won't much matter, though, since Hildebeeste will take over the next eight, during which time half or more will be gone.

You have been really, really busy lately?  They just all moved into a scrum in the middle (or so they say) called Moderate-ville...Haslam, Harwell???
