Sounds like they need to run for office of that little township... Or find someone who will, and get the rules changed. Its someone trying to show they have power.

I think about 4 hogs on the property for food of course since they can't operate there business they will need them to eat. That should do they trick. This is definately a pissing contest.

Worked for my uncle, He had some property in a rural part of KY and someone came in next to him and put in a trailer park, and they started complaining about his 2 horses. -Mind you, he had owned the property for 20+ years. They kept complaining, so he moved the horses to another one of his farms and brought a couple dozen hogs to this one. It smelled pretty bad, to the point where he couldn't rent the house out any longer, but he didn't care. He left those things there for years until right before he sold the property.
