New Years Resolutions

I don't normally do resolutions but this year I am going to try 2. According to the DR. that I have been seeing I need to loose 63lbs. I don't agree but I do need to lose some weight so I will give it a go. The other resolution is the one I think I will stick with. I am going to start reloading after the first of the year and want to stay on a pace of 500 rounds a mo. That should be enough to put some away for a rainy day and let me shoot every month or so with just my loads.

I thought It would be nice if some of us got together to encourge each other. So if you want to join in the fun post the resolutions and the 1st of every month we can update on here. It would just help to have some accountablility.

Went back to the Doc that wants me to lose 60lbs to do the body fat test. Guess what I was right, there is no way for me to lose 60lbs. I have 28%body fat which totals 58.8lbs of fat. I would have to lose all my body fat and some of his(which he is bigger than me) He wants me to get around 18-20%. That means i have to lose 21 lbs on the high side. I can definatly do that. So the new resolution is 20lbs and 500rounds

My resolution for last new year was to loose 100lbs, I was at 290 now I am at 174 so it has been successful, only thing I changed was portion sizes as I didn't need to change what I ate, which is semi-healthy to begin with, only the amount.

Not sure if I am going to make another resolution this year or not, but I am quite happy with this last years results.
That is awesome, I think I am in the same boat. I don't eat junk food or a lot of things that are really bad for me. I can sit and eat for a solid 40 mins and still want more. I eat a 1lb bag of salad every day at dinner just to try and make my other portions smaller. I think it might be working a little but I still have to do more.

It was hard at first because you still feel hungry even after eating, but eventually your body gets used to the smaller portion sizes and now I get "full" realitively quickly & on realitively small portion sizes.

Like for lunch today I ate a banana & that was all it took to fill me up, I'm good til supper now and will have plenty of energy, took awhile to get there though, the first 6 months I was always hungry, tired & a bit grumpy, but these last 6 months have been a breeze.

if i skip lunch by the time i get home my eyes start hurting and i get a headache that last all night.

i need to see a doctor. shouldnt feel that bad for skipping 1 meal. i seem to feel better the more i eat.
Most likely low blood sugar, I am not a DR so I could be wrong. My cousin gets the same way if she doesn't eat enough and they told her it was her blood sugar.
