You can post a link to one on PB, but your operating system will just fire up whatever utility you have on the system for playing it, or give a dialogue asking what program to open it with. Plus it will have to download whole file first to open it.

Video streaming sites have their own built in "streaming player" and also starts the vid before whole file is downloaded, too. PhotoBucket, or generally one's ISP file storage, doesn't work that way. But some webhosters for your own domain include the playing/streaming capability.

Here's from my Comcast account, doesn't stream/play:

Here's same file from my webhosting account for my domain, which does stream/play (although it opens in a new window, doesn't play inside the TGO screen):
