Vincent here. Looks like a nice forum.

Me? 56 years old for a few more days. Disabled/Retired so I get a fair amount of shooting time when it is not too hot or too cold.

I belong to Davidson County Sportsman's Club. We have an EXCELLENT 200 yard range. Only 6 benches but that is plenty when I shoot during the week:D Best range I have ever shot on for wind protection.

Moved here 5 years ago to marry an old friend from High School.

Ex Roadracer and Private Pilot. 27 years in Plastics manufacturing all in Quality....last 20 or so as Quality Engineer or Quality Manager.

Do not hunt any more (would be very tough with all the spinal injuries anyway) I reload all my centerfire stuff except carry rounds and shoot a LOT of rimfire. I am a Mod on a rimfire forum. Do 90% of all my own gunsmithing.

I guess that is enough:D:rolleyes:

Welcome to the forums.

I am assuming this is the same Vincent from rfc? If so, I have already learned a ton from your posts and look forward to learning more.

Thank you guys. Yes I am the same Vincent from RFC.......please do not hate me for it:rolleyes:

One of my good friends there VA PLINKER calls me an "opinionated jackass" He's wrong of course:)

I hope my role here will be positive.

Spent Friday with my gunsmith friend down in Woodbury. We made a fixture for winding custom trigger return springs for very modified 10/22 triggers. One of mine is now down to a SAFE 16oz pull. I use this rifle for 100-200 yard shooting mostly. It has an almost identical twin that does most of the the 25-100 yd shooting. It has a near perfect 2lb pull.

I take pride in my trigger work. After about 30-35 hours of building and testing these two are very nice and have taught me much. I used to do a bit of trigger work on Rem 700 and T/C Contenders but these Rugers are a challenge.;)
