Well, looks like I lost my hunting land.

Just got back into hunting his year after not hunting anything since 2009. I have been really enjoying it. I've killed a doe and my biggest buck ever that was a wide 8. Got the text last night from another guy who hunts the same farm I do and the landowner is trying to sell the place and doesn't want anyone hunting on it anymore. So depressing.

Anyway, just wanted to vent. Happy Thanksgiving! I am very blessed and thankful for what I have. I'll find another place hopefully.

It is 26 acres with a old busted down house. The whole place appraised for $169,000. They are asking $210,000...

I bet it has sewer access, and the realitor is looking at it as a future neighborhood.

Sadly this is the truth. We (in-laws live across the street) live in fear of someone nearby selling the old home place and having 200+ new neighbors. Bad enough when one house sells and they throw up 2-3 houses on a couple of acres.
