I got one when I was asking about a horse trailer. Said they will ship anywhere .. the pictures where from an ad that was up a long time ago.So I called the number they had given.Some older guy answered and cussed me out..lol.said to stop calling his effing phone..
I flagged his ad as spam and fraud....They are everywhere now

Yes this money-saving strategy is also being used by top levels of the epa to conduct business outside of sunshine laws. However the credit for invention might go to the Bush Admin at the whitehouse, assuming that Al Gore didn't invent that "reinventing government" strategy along with the internet itself, oh about the time he was fundraising from Buddhist monks and such.
