Where would you shoot.......head or body

I shoot high center of mass. Basically the triangle formed by the "nipple, nipple, base of neck."
Any failure or lack of reaction, t zone, neural motor strip or C1-C3 vertebrae.

Given a partially concealed subject, center of mass of the body part showing.

See, this is where I differ. Usually when involved in a shootout and fail to stop the threat with center mass hits I do an inverted spin kick to distract the assailant, and that is when I deploy my ninja laser. It never fails to stop the attacker and I get in a gun fight like every other day.

Now that TMF's ninja laser has /thread on the whole "Where" portion of the derailment that is this thread, back to the OP. :)

So to sum up what I "learned" in this thread, the answer is : Yes. Because A: If you are shooting to kill, then that's illegal. B: If you are shooting to stop the threat, then because you are responsible for all rounds fired and given you are more likely to miss...

Is that a adequate summation, or do I need more schooling from you learned folks? :)
