I just took my carry permit class last week and I wanted to spread the word about a great experience. I was trying to get into a class, but all the ones that I checked on were either full or at times when I couldn't go. Then I saw a sign for JWS Tactical solutions. I called, and Joshua Shinlever was quite accommodating and able to get me into a class that worked for me. This guy knows what he's talking about and is certified to train in all types of different things. I learned a lot from him in the class, and then learned even more from him on the range. I highly recommend his company, JWS Tactical Solutions. His website is http://www.jwstacticalsolutions.com

Josh worked with my work and school schecedule. Also participated in the defensive tactics and hand cuffing class. Learned alot!!!!!!!!! Will be taking the ASP baton class in the week to come, looking foreward to it. Im sure it to will be enjoyable and informative to be a part of. He has a lot of experience behind him and doesnt have a problem with shareing it. I highly recomend any classes taught by JWS...................

Ya got to understand about forum members, we try to look out for spam, not our job,
just one of the things that happens. A lot feel like this is a home away from home,
and want to just look out for it.

Believe me when I say that there was no malice intended. Although my head spins when the political discussions are moving at full steam, this is a fantastic group of people here at TGO. Calling out spam is a forum tradition, the world over. Glad to find out there are legitimate users behind the praise.

I think it would be great if our new friends would make an introduction thread in the New Member forum. I know I'd like to learn more about them...other than their great experience at JWS. ;)

No worries with me bro, my comment was because I you'd run into admin probs here if it kept up, I didn't really think the posts were from ghost users. :)

Better perhaps that your new members sing praises in forum already set up for HCP resources:

Btw, there are some questions hanging for ya in

and

Oh yeah, and one more: you're not the only training biz to use or have used Norris range for shooting qualification. Do you have to make some arrangement with Norris PD for that, or is it just not an issue?

best,

I have been suggesting to my students to join tgo because of their enthusim for shooting and all the invaluable information available here. They in fact are legitimate members of this group.( by all neans do check their ip addresses) I am humbled and proud that they enjoyed the training and want to share their experience. They do so of their own volition! Had I known that they would be treated in this manner I would not have recommended this website to them. I will be a vendor in two weeks ( or at least had planned on it)

If they're mistaken, it's certainly an honest mistake. Look at it this way... IF you become a vendor, they will protect YOU in the same fashion. Spamming on TGO isn't that rare, so folks keep their eyes peeled.

 I'm actually a real student, and I really enjoyed the training I received. No spam here. I signed up to learn more at the recommendation of my instructor. I appreciate that you guys police your forum, but I'm just a guy who likes shooting, community, and learning. I just thought that someone else might be interested in finding a good instructor who cares about what he does. So, whatever. :hat: :chill:

....and when you finally do check my IP and it's completely different from his (because it is), it would be kind of you to make that known. :waiting: :slapfight:

JWS, keep in mind that one of the reasons why our Vendor program is successful is that our members do value the investment made in the TGO community by those Vendors and seek to protect them in cases like this. All the more reason you should be looking forward to joining the Vendor ranks yourself. :)

I have seen it time and time again. Members here will seek out and spend money with our vendors here before looking elsewhere. I have suggested to numerous vendors, who had no clue we existed, to look around the board. Some of them even become vendors. When I went back and spoke to those that did they all said it was well worth it.

We are a family here and just like in the real world we are going to take care of our family. But unlike real world families we welcome and embrace strangers around here.

I think you would be surprized how little a vendorship costs relative to the exposure and business you will receive.

I bought my very first firearm from a TGO vendor. Anyone wanna take a guess how I found out about them? :)

Forum member less than a year and purchased 4 firearms from vendors, two from members... I'd do business with a TGO vendor over anyone else any day of the week.
It doesn't hurt that the vendors service has been second to none.
