I got in on a group buy a few months ago for a mold you just cant buy anywhere.
190 grain as a flat nose, drop a small pin in and get 185 grain hollow point.
Drop in a large pin and get a 180 grain hollow point BOOLIT.
So you want to see some pics?
Well OK
The pins are in the front of the mold, flat nose, small hollow and large hollow.
Blocks are made of brass, Mold Maker is from across the BIG POND in Solvenia.

Over heating a brass mold is bad, so take care. Warping is a real possibility. On the flip side, they tend to cast the nicest bullets youve ever seen.

I have been doing some reading on castboolits and that is the way to help stablize the brass.
Heat to 350 and let it air cool, do it 3 times, now go to 400 a few times.
From what I have read the brass need to be hotter than iron or ALU to cast right.
I will see come the weekend.

Got to a bit of casting today with my new mold.
Also "made" a mold heater, got this from Caster, the thing works great.
Boolits cast .402, 182 to 183 grans with the large hollow point.
