MY guess would be 15% of the population has served in the military

I think that number has dropped dramatically in the past 15 years as we've lost so many of the WW II vets. I'm guessing somewhere around 5% and falling.

I clicked honorably discharge. Perhaps there should have been a "retired military" option. Either way I would have guessed 5-8%. But it seems Enfield settled that answer for me. LOL

I would like to see this country have a mandatory two year enlistment. Maybe it would prevent some of our young ones from making so many bad decisions Edited November 12, 2012 by LINKS2K
