Im using an Uncle Mikes pocket holster for my P32 and it seems to work pretty well!

Another popular choice is the Desantis Nemesis pocket holster

I have a Gould leather belt holster. It holds the gun up high, and is adjustable so you can tighten it down if you want. When I got it, it was flat, and having a 33" waist, I wanted it to fit the curve of my waist. I soaked it in water and then used zip ties to hold it on a coffee mug until it dried. It did wonders for the fit.

Before it was 100% dry, I put the gun in it and tightened the tension screw down quite a bit. It put grooves in the inside of the leather, where the features of the gun are...especially the trigger guard. That helps it to stay in the holster.

I was a bit scared of the holster at first, thinking the gun could come out. I've carried it for a while now without a chambered round, just in case. I have not yet even had it slip in the holster.

Best I have found is a Galco Stinger. It's small and thin and slides on a belt perfectly. I wear a t-shirt over mine and you can never tell.

Got pics of the P3AT in a Galco Stinger? I'm always a bit uncomfortable buying a holster when all I've seen is what style it is with another gun in it.

+1 on the Desantis Nemisis for the P3AT "in-pocket" carry. It has a real tacky finish on the outside that sticks to the pocket very good.

I noticed that quite a few folks are recommending the DeSantis Nemisis holster for pocket carry and I have certainly used this holster myself for a variety of smaller framed pistols but the fine folks at DeSantis have come out with a superior holster called the Super Fly. The exterior of the holster is much more viscous and will absolutely not shift around in the pocket. It also has a detatchable flap that masks it even further.

For casual wear I usually choose a 511 tactical shirt or a similar shirt with a pocket behind the shirt pocket in which to carry my pistol be it my Seecamp, my Tomcat or a small framed revolver. The Nemisis still slides around in the pocket a bit or even tips over but the Super Fly stays put even if I am constantly bending and moving. The inside is made of slick cloth which will give you a no friction draw.

If you will check the DeSantis Super Fly gun list you will see that they make a model for the Keltec P3AT. We sell them and have nothing but good reports back on these new holsters.
