Ex Felon Arrested After Shooting Intruders

This is an extremely debateable subject. But I believe there is basic Human rights that should not be violated or infringed upon with any constitution or legislation of any state or federal government. To add to that, if its a gun crime he committed, then he should not have a gun. If he committed a murder, then he should still be in jail to start with. Otherwize, he needs his rights. Period. But California is known for not giving a damn about a person's situation, and giving more of a damn about upholding their reputation of being just plain stupid with their laws and regulations and the lack there of. This needs to be forwarded to Wayne LaPierre.

Yeah; there seems to be more than a few here with railroad ties in their eyes looking for the tweezers to take the splinter out of this guy's eye...he isn't perfect so I guess he should have just not defended himself.

I would also assume that these folks are at odds with Tennessee's law that essentially trumps all others when it comes to the use of a firearm when defending one's self (as noted by Mr. Stegall in post no. 6).
