For an IWB carry gun the Kel-Tec wins hands down.

For the better all around gun the Hi-Power wins hands down. The Hi-Power (or clone) is one of the finest guns ever put forth to man. The opus of a man sent by god himself to give unto us great guns.

And I carry a Glock.

The FEG is a very nice clone. I had one some years ago and used it to practice BHP trigger jobs. I thought the bluing was outstanding compared to what passed for bluing out of the current US mass production pistols at the time. It all depends on the Keltec. The P11 has an 11lb trigger, the PF9 has as much recoil and muzzle flip as any lightweight j-frame .357. I would go for the FEG.

the feg is rugged and going to be a well made copy of an awesome design. They are not making any more of them to my knowledge.
The kel tec is an inexpensive pistol with a harsh trigger that is still in production and easy to find.

I would get the feg, because its going to be harder to find and better made and I can manage its trigger.

But when you start talking about carrying it, it comes down to your choices. THe kel is smaller, lighter. The feg is heavy, managable recoil and trigger. They are about as different as it gets ... its like asking if you want a 1911 or a glock for your carry gun... only you can pick between such different pistols to carry!

I hate to say it. But since you said it would be IWB. I'd go with the KelTec.
I think the HiPower Clone is the better gun. But I'd hate to carry it IWB, and more than likely it would be left at home because of the size.
The KelTec is better than the any pistol left at home.

I'd find a cover shirt and wear the HiPower OWB if I had the choice.
