I hate being right sometimes.

DOW is down over 250, one of largest next day drops in post presidential election history.

We'll see how it finishes at 4pm.

CNN puts down over 300. But I haven't looked up the actual numbers. Wonder if the Obamanators expects that.

Karma is going to be a real bi!ch for a while.

Karma suggests only those to blame get punished. The market floats or sinks all boats.

Yep you're right, and that's too bad for those who didn't vote Obama. My attitude for those who did vote for Obama, they made their bed, now they have to sleep in it for 4 years.

You apparently never ate public lunch at school. The government actually considers it a vegetable.

It's amusing, but one day moves really don't mean much. Just an example of the super volatile nature of our electronic, high frequency markets. This probably had as much to do with Europe as anything else.

Last time I checked the dollar also dropped against the Euro and the Euro is on life support but I guess that doesn't matter, Obama will take care of us. ;)

Yep, the US is lucky to have a savior.

Many seemed to believe that obama and romney were the same and it didn't matter who got elected... the market disagrees. A moot point now, though. Edited by Batman

I don't trust the stock market anymore. It doesn't reflect reality and really seems like its run like a casino.

That said....

I think business owners will start shutting down that are in industries Obama doesn't care about. Coal, Chemical, any fossil fuel energies in general, anything that the EPA regulates heavily, etc.

Small businesses will be heavily taxed to fund all this government overspending and social programs. It'll make some not earn once they pay their bills and taxes. I've already read stories lie this happening. Some will close, some will temp shutdown, some will layoff, and some will close.

It will get worse, folks.
