If you post in the support forum there's a lot more chance you'll get help.

Most of the problems we've seen like this relate to the web browser the member is using trying to visit the site. Some browsers block portions of the "store" pages.

i have used the same browser as the last time. Others are having the same problem. I have sent several emails and have received 0 response

Email is not the way to get help. Our inbox sees over 5,000 emails per month. Post in the support forum.

I'll look into it for you now but really the information you've given is not sufficient for me to troubleshoot the problem. "It doesn't work" is pretty vague. Were there errors? Were buttons missing from the screen? Can you give me a screenshot?

Again - post in the support forum. Moving this thread there now so that we can properly track it.

I see two transactions pending from you. One is a 6-month and the other is a 12-month. I can cancel those and you can try again as long as you haven't attempted to pay either of them through Paypal yet.

Try again. Your account had an expired transaction from several months ago that was blocking you from being able to buy a new one. The software was expecting you to renew that one instead.
